Entry Level Maintenance Technician

Two SHIFTS Monday through Friday:

1^st shift – Requires daily availability between 3am and 5pm (8 to 12 hours daily) START TIME VARIES DUE TO CUSTOMER NEEDS between 3am and 7am starts

2^nd shift – Requires daily availability between 2pm and 8am (FULL OVERNIGHT 8 to 12 hours) START TIME VARIES DUE TO CUSTOMER NEEDS between 2pm and 5pm

Location: 2112 South 56th St, West Allis, WI  53219

This job involves driving a company vehicle with a team of other Maintenance Tech’s and cleaning grease from a customer’s kitchen exhaust system: fan, duct, filters, hoods, appliances, etc. Most of these jobs are completed during evenings and nights; however, we also have jobs completed during the day. Employees will be working with pressure washing equipment, scrapers, degreasers, and kitchen grease. This job also performs specialized maintenance at factories and stadiums.

Industrial Maintenance

We work with Fortune 500 manufacturers and family-owned businesses to keep their factories running by providing regular maintenance.

Kitchen Hood, Duct, and Fan Maintenance

Stay safe and compliant with regular servicing to keep your kitchen and grease exhaust at bay.

Specialized Cleaning, Repairs, and Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver License
• "Clean" driving record (MVR check for violations, prior to employment)
• Ability to pass a background check prior to employment
• Ability to maintain a clean background throughout employment
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency and efficient service
• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to serve in an "On Call" role for occasional emergencies
• Ability to work on elevated areas (ladders, platforms, catwalks, etc.)

Preferred Experience:

• ANY Commercial or Industrial Cleaning experience
• ANY Maintenance experience
• Experience with manual power tools
• Experience with commercial pressure washer
