POSITION REPORTS TO: Frac Dispatcher
WAGES: Commensurate with experience and location of position
SCHEDULE: TBN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist drivers
- Operate pumps
- Must abide by the company dress code policy
- Moving product hoses
- Properly use the commercial motor vehicle’s controls and emergency equipment
- Use safety equipment properly
- Maintain safe and efficient loading of drums, case goods and bulk fuels, lubes and chemicals
- Properly load and unload at customer locations
- Follow the policies and procedures of customer operation and site
- Be aware of your surroundings at all times
- Keep the interior of the cab clean and free of clutter
- Help maintain the exterior of the truck, and report any problems or issues with keeping it clean
- Use caution when maneuvering on and around the truck, platforms and lift gate at all times
- Follow all safety rules, regulations and policies
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Local applicants preferred
- Frac experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Good MVR
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Some mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Fuel experience or experience hauling bulk liquids is preferred
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen test
- Must be able to successfully pass a physical examination
- Minimum age 18 years
- Schedule must be flexible. (May be asked to report to work nights, early, stay late and/or work on weekends.)
- Must be able to work between 12 to 18 hours per day if required
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Overnight or out of town travel may be required
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team environment and get along with others
- Must be able to conform to shifting priorities, responsibilities, strategies, demands and timelines.
- Strong personal and customer service skills
