Position Overview:
The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing hospitality through greeting and welcoming guests and assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner while performing check in and checkout processes, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino. Additionally the Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for basic housekeeping duties in the absence of housekeeping team members. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
