Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Manager (PM), will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between providing analysis of business needs and developing technical solutions, plus managing the implementation of these solutions. This position will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, and then translate them into actionable project plans. This position will be instrumental in guiding IT projects to successful completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality solutions that enhance the College's success. The PM should bring a broad knowledge of planning and performance standards to help guide and define solutions, get buy-in from all the stakeholders, and see the solutions executed with quality in a timely manner. After implementation the PM will ensure the solution is properly owned and maintained, and new requests from the Institution are managed.
This role is a key "trusted advisor" role for the Planning, Performance, and Technology (PPT) area which will collaboratively work with internal Institution stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and external partners to define and implement solutions (large and small) for the College.
Qualifications:
Industry certifications such as PMP preferred.
Working Conditions:
Computers and related peripherals with associated application systems.
Must be able to operate a variety of machines and equipment including computer, office equipment, telephone, etc.
Physical demands include sedentary work, on campus meetings, and day and overnight travel.
Tasks may require extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.
This position requires a background check and drug screen.

Hiring Range:
11 salary/Starting salary beginning at $66,487 based on experience
